Being different is a gift.

Try new things, even if they are hard or scary at first.

Be patient with yourself. 

Learning new skills takes time and persistence.

You can figure out how to do almost anything. 

Find the way that works for you.

Celebrate your own accomplishments, big and small. 

Tell yourself, "I did it!" and, "Good job!"

Cheer for others, too!
